Dr. Jain had defended unwarranted claims and has been successful in each claim where they end up dropping the claim. But the problem does not stop here because Dr. Jain had to work countless hours but there is no compensation in the law for the work that citizen have to do to defend the claim.

Dr. Jain would work to make the changes in the rules so citizens do not have to work countless hours without any compensation.

The frivolous lawsuit was dropped by an attorney after eight months of wasting the time of the court and defendants. The reason for dropping was that the Plaintiffs’ attorney did not want to incur the costs. Well, Morgan and Morgan who was hired on contingency could not go any longer because of cost. LOL
